Successful again

We have passed our 2nd 3 year certification for ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV. Pretty exciting. Because BS&i Mechatronics has now grown and so has our organization. The number of employees has increased as has the size of our company. We are therefore very happy with this result.
3 years ago, BS&i Mechatronicsfirst obtained our ISO 9001:2015 certificate. A reward of hard work. In which we built a quality system with an eye on just 2 employees. After 2 interim audits, it was time for a new 3 -year certification. It took place on Jan. 15, 2021.

Special audit

The special feature of this audit was that it took place entirely online via a video link. This in the context of the Coronavirus. Moreover, our Manager Operations Sem Kaiser also participated in this audit for the first time. We had sent the requested documents in advance. These were discussed in detail. Evidence was shown by holding documents in front of the webcam so that details could be noted by the auditor.
In some specific cases, Sem walked through the workspace with the video link on his cell phone to explain various topics and questions. Several topics were zoomed in on in order to determine the status properly.

Compliment

At the end of the day, we were complimented on the maturity and completeness of our quality system. The audit was concluded with 2 comments. For us it feels like a milestone where we can say that our quality system has proven itself.
