Our new location

We are proud to announce that we have moved to our new location in Someren. The building is designed for growth so that BS&i Mechatronics can develop further in the coming years. This modern and young building offers us every opportunity to serve our customers even better and faster. The atmosphere in the building is very pleasant.

Perfect location

The property is a 5-minute drive from the A67 and is therefore perfectly accessible to reach our customers quickly. Due to this perfect location in the Brainport region, our location is easy to find for our relations who are guests at BS&i Mechatronics. The exterior of the property has a fresh modern and open look. Which fits perfectly with what we want to be as BS&i Mechatronics.

Perfectly equipped

The assembly area is 475 m2, equipped with underfloor heating, a smooth top coating and clear LED lighting. The size of the workplace is a basis for the further growth of turnover. Moreover, this space offers the opportunity to further improve our internal logistics. Due to the presence of 2 roller doors, a flow of goods is possible with separate reception and dispatch. Due to the increased storage possibilities, we can keep more materials and products in stock for our customers.
The LED lighting provides the fitter with the indispensable amount of light on the worktop of the assembly tables. This makes every detail of the product to be assembled clearly visible. The light top coating on the floor ensures a low-dust environment. Moreover, due to the light color, the floor reflects the light perfectly to obtain even more light output at the workplace.

Multidisciplinary

The assembly room is multidisciplinary. In addition to the mounting locations, this room also contains an ESD room that is specially equipped for working on ESD-sensitive components and products. This room is equipped with an ESD-safe floor and work tables. Measurements on electronics can also be carried out in this ESD room.
In a specially designed part of the assembly room, equipment is available for mechanical processing for making (assembly) molds, prototypes and adapting/modifying products. This new work location is also equipped with the necessary office facilities for the Business Office, the management and canteen alias consulting room. All in all, the location for us to enter the next phase of the development of BS&i Mechatronics.
