New address

From February 1, 2021, we will have a new address. We have found an industrial hall where BS&i Mechatronics can develop further. It concerns an almost new and modern building. This gives BS&i Mechatronics the opportunity to serve its customers even better. Moreover, this building gives us the appearance we are looking for and that suits our ambitions.

The address is: Beemdstraat 26, 5711 CV Someren. A fifteen minute drive from Helmond. From the A67, exit 35 – Someren-Lierop-Helmond, we can be reached within a 5-minute drive.

January 2021 is our moving month and as of February 1, 2021, we have officially moved. Even during the moving period, we will continue to serve our customers.

For our customers

At our new location, we can provide maximum service to our customers, as they have come to expect from us, and even better. For regularly recurring products, we set up fixed assembly lines. This guarantees fast and predictable deliveries and is a good basis for controlled quality. With sufficient storage space, we can now also manage inventory for our customers.

Facilities

To reduce dust, the hall will have a smooth and light-colored epoxy floor. The hall is also equipped with underfloor heating which eliminates blowers. As a result, no unintentional air movements take place. The absence of blowers creates a quiet working atmosphere. This benefits the concentration of the mechanics and thus the work.

The entire hall will be equipped with LED lighting. This creates a clear view with 500 Lux of light at the workplace. The assembly locations for electronics have facilities for working ESD-safe. In addition to the assembly and storage locations, spaces in the hall will be set up for our model shop and measurement lab. The model shop is intended for repairing and modifying products. In addition, the model shop gives us the opportunity to make tooling. The measurement lab will be set up for mechanical, electrical and electronic measurements.

The premises are set up so that we can achieve a continuous flow of goods. Parts and materials arrive at the goods receiving area. They are then assembled in the assembly area and leave the building via the shipping department. A separate warehouse is set up for bulk storage. Storage of materials and parts for current orders is at the assembly locations.

In addition to the large assembly floor of 475 m2, the hall features a beautiful and bright office space. The separate canteen allows our employees to have lunch in a pleasant way. The consulting room allows us to receive our relations in a pleasant and confidential manner.

Professionalization

By using the new production hall at Beemdstraat 26 in Someren, BS&i Mechatronics will make a next professionalization step. It is a work location that fits our ambitions and strengthens our image in a positive way.
