Our approach in assembly
With us, a successful assembly begins with a clear analysis of the specifications set and your requirements regarding the device to be assembled. We go through these with you to ensure that we understand exactly what is meant. Experience shows that not everything is laid down in specifications. Every assembly has its tips and tricks that you learn during the assembly process. Then the process of assembly starts. Here we go through the following steps:
- Preparation: Together we identify the technical and logistical requirements of your devices. These are converted to our assembly instruction to ensure a controlled assembly process. In addition, all parts are entered into our ERP system.
- Assembly process: Assembly of devices is manual work. Our specialists assemble with extreme precision and according to strict and established procedures and the assembly instruction. All comments and remarks are recorded in the assembly log kept for each order.
- Order flow: Our order flow goes entirely through our ERP system Dynamics 365 Business Central from Microsoft. Traceability is also taken care of in this.
- Testing and validation: Each device undergoes extensive visual and functional testing as agreed with our customer. Whereby collection by our customer at our location is always possible. Discover our testing capabilities.
- Logistics and aftercare: Assembly is supported by our EREP system in which all parts and aggregations are entered. In addition, we provide secure packaging and, if required, arrange transport to an external address.
