Our organization

1. Quality organization:
   From the very beginning, it has been clear to us that a strong quality organization is essential to the performance of our company. That is why we have built a quality organization that is fully integrated throughout the entire company. As a result, the procedures required for this have become second nature within BS\&i Mechatronics.
   Our quality organization is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 (for medical devices). In addition, we have incorporated elements of the IATF 16949 standard to further enhance the control and manageability of our processes.
2. Logistical control
   To perform effectively as a company, logistical control is essential. Over the years, BS\&i Mechatronics has implemented all the necessary aspects of logistics management — including supply chain, item management, inventory control, order processing, traceability, storage, and distribution.
   All of this is fully managed through our ERP system: Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (formerly Navision Dynamics).
3. Process control:
   Ultimately, our goal is to provide our customers with continuity in the timely delivery of high-quality devices at the agreed-upon price. To achieve this, we have integrated various elements into our organization. These include well-developed assembly instructions, assembly logs, order documentation, and clearly defined processes.
